It is our goal to fairly and openly administer the requirements for development in Ventnor as set forth in the Master Plan and the Land Use Ordinance. We endeavor to expedite zoning/planning approvals, to explain and clarify regulations in our ordinance as well as outside jurisdictions, such as FEMA, NJDEP and others. We assist those requiring actions by the Planning Board, in terms of making the application process as straightforward as possible, with as little bureaucracy as the law allows. Appointments are preferable, but drop-ins are permitted, if we are present and available.
