The pier is located in Ventnor City, New Jersey on the boardwalk between Cambridge and Cornwall streets.
The pier is open 24 hours/day for members. The pier is staffed by a piermaster and associates seasonally beginning in mid-April from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. The pier staff can assist with fees, memberships, and answering questions.

On street parking is available on all streets leading to the pier. Please note there are some metered parking in Ventnor, so please take notice in case you need to pay for your parking spot.

We have both fishing and spectator passes available. Please note that fishing is allowed only beyond the locked gate.
We have facilities at the base of the pier. There are also bathrooms at City Hall, which about a block away from the pier.
Seasonally, striped bass, kingfish, bluefish, spot, flounder, puffers, skate, croaker, ling, dogfish, weakfish, perch. We do not allow intentional shark fishing.
We do not rent equipment at this time, and it’s BYOB (bring your own bait!) However, we can refer you to local establishments that offer rentals and sales on fishing gear as well as bait sales. See our Resources page for more information.
Any time they are biting! Usually, early morning or evening provide a good bite, with hot summer afternoons being slower. But you never know when a school of fish is going to swim on by!
