Citizen's Advisory Committee
Ventnor Commissioners and Mayor have created a Citizen's Advisory Committee to get feedback directly from the residents of Ventnor. The committee is made up of both full-time and seasonal residents and meets with a member of the administration once a month.
The board welcomes constructive feedback on how we can all help to improve Ventnor and can be contacted through the email link provided or on the committee's Facebook page .
The city has created the Ad Hoc Citizen Advisory Committee so that it may provide recommendations and ideas, make suggestions, and bring issues or information directly to the attention of City Government on a regular basis. It is expected the Ad Hoc Citizen Advisory Committee may focus on various areas and operations of City Government, including but not limited to finance and budget, public works, public safety, economic development, code and construction, and recreation; as an example. The Committee is advisory in nature and may not represent the position of the City. The Committee cannot take any action which will bind the City.
