NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD DECISION

CITY OF VENTNOR

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a meeting held on October 14, 2026, the Planning Board for the City of Ventnor made the following decision:

Applicant 21 S Marion LLC was granted variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70c for a front yard setback to a third floor deck, and to allow a third floor deck beyond the envelope of the principal single family dwelling, in order to construct an extended third floor deck to the existing single family dwelling under construction on property identified as Block 47, Lot 5 on the Ventnor City Tax Map, which property is located at 21 S. Marion Avenue.

The above decision of the Planning Board was memorialized in a written Decision and Resolution adopted by the Board at a meeting held on October 26, 2026 and is available at the office of the Secretary to the Planning Board at Ventnor City Hall, 6201 Atlantic Avenue, Ventnor City, NJ 08406.
