AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF VENTNOR, COUNTY OF ATLANTIC, STATE OF NEW JERSEY AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 114 SECTION 21 FIRE PREVENTION AND CHAPTER 122 ARTICLE SECTION III SECTION 122-19 CHARGES FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

                NOTICE is hereby given that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced and passed a first reading by the Ventnor City Board of Commissioners at a meeting held on October 22, 2026.  Copies of this Ordinance may be obtained without cost at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30PM.  Notice that this Ordinance will be considered for final passage at a meeting of the Ventnor City Board of Commissioners to be held on November 12, 2026, in Commission Chambers City Hall, 6201 Atlantic Ave., Ventnor City, NJ at which time and place opportunity will be given for a Public Hearing on this Ordinance.
