Pickleball, Tennis, and Bastketball Court Notice

Ventnor City contractors will begin improvements to the courtyard areas adjacent to the tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts starting Monday, October 5, 2026. This work is expected to continue for four to six weeks.

The project includes:

• Demolition of the concrete and landscaping around the flagpole courtyard and the internal courtyard between the court office and the courts
• Installation of a shade pavilion next to the basketball courts
• Installation of a shade system within the courtyard
• New landscaping throughout the area

During construction, access to the courts will be temporarily redirected:

• Pickleball and tennis access will shift to the ocean‑facing gate near the men’s room
• Basketball access will shift to the ocean‑side gate near the ladies’ room

Please be aware that there may be days when the courts require partial or full closure, depending on construction activity and site conditions.

Restrooms will remain open until they are winterized on or about November 1, 2026.
