AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF VENTNOR, COUNTY OF ATLANTIC, STATE OF NEW JERSEY CREATING CHAPTER 78 OF THE CITY CODE ENTITLED “COMMERCIAL FILMING”

                NOTICE is hereby given that the foregoing Ordinances were introduced and passed a first reading on September 10^th 2026  and finally adopted on September 24, 2026  by the Ventnor City Board of Commissioners.  This Ordinances establishes clear requirements concerning permits, insurance, public safety, traffic and pedestrian control, notice to affected property owners and businesses, fees, and enforcement relating to filming activities.
