  • AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF VENTNOR, COUNTY OF ATLANTIC, STATE OF NEW JERSEY CREATING CHAPTER 78 OF THE CITY CODE ENTITLED “COMMERCIAL FILMING”

                NOTICE is hereby given that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced and passed a first reading by the Ventnor City Board of Commissioners at a meeting held on September 10, 2026.  Copies of this Ordinance may be obtained without cost at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30PM.  Notice that this Ordinance will be considered for final passage at a meeting of the Ventnor City Board of Commissioners to be held on September 24,2026, in Commission Chambers City Hall, 6201 Atlantic Ave., Ventnor City, NJ at which time and place opportunity will be given for a Public Hearing on this Ordinance.
