NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD DECISION

CITY OF VENTNOR

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a meeting held on July 8, 2026, the Planning Board for the City of Ventnor made the following decision:

Applicant House 2 Home Real Estate Group LLC was granted variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70c for existing nonconforming lot area and lot width, as well as for front yard setbacks along Weymouth Avenue and Frankfort Avenue to the main structure and decks, and curb cut width in order to construct a new two-family dwelling on property identified as Block 53, Lot 3 on the City of Ventnor Tax Map, which property is located at 27 S. Weymouth Avenue.

The above decision of the Planning Board was memorialized in a written Decision and Resolution adopted by the Board at a meeting held on July 27, 2026 and is available at the office of the Secretary to the Planning Board at Ventnor City Hall, 6201 Atlantic Avenue, Ventnor City, NJ 08406.
