NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE CITY OF VENTNOR PLANNING BOARD TO CONSIDER FOR ADOPTION THE 2026 MASTER PLAN REEXAMINATION REPORT OF THE CITY OF VENTNOR, WHICH IF ADOPTED WILL BECOME AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF VENTNOR MASTER PLAN

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Ventnor Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Ventnor Educational Community Complex, located at 400 N. Lafayette Avenue, Ventnor City, NJ 08406. The purpose of the public hearing is for the City of Ventnor Planning Board to consider for adoption the 2026 Master Plan Reexamination Report of the City of Ventnor pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-89. Formal action to adopt the 2026 Master Plan Reexamination Report of the City of Ventnor may be taken at the conclusion of the public hearing. The 2026 Master Plan Reexamination Report of the City of Ventnor, if adopted, will become an amendment to the City of Ventnor Master Plan.

Any person affected by or interested in this matter may attend the public hearing and will have the opportunity to be heard.

A copy of the 2026 Master Plan Reexamination Report of the City of Ventnor is on file and may be inspected by the public on weekdays (except official holidays) during normal business hours at the office of the Secretary of the City of Ventnor Planning Board in Ventnor City Hall, 6201 Atlantic Avenue, Ventnor City, NJ 08406. A copy of the 2026 Master Plan Reexamination Report of the City of Ventnor is also available on the City of Ventnor’s official Internet website located at https://www.ventnorcity.org/news/post/22981/ by clicking on the link for “Ventnor City Master Reexamination Report 2026.” The specific hyperlink to the 2026 Master Plan Reexamination Report is located on the City of Ventnor’s official Internet website at https://www.ventnorcity.org/media/Documents/PlanningBoard/ventnor-city-master-reexamination-report-2026.pdf

This Notice is being provided in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10a and N.J.S.A. 40:55D-13, along with any other applicable provisions of the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Act, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., and the applicable provisions governing the providing of legal notices by public entities set forth in N.J.S.A. 35:3-1, et seq.
