Scam Alert: Fraudulent Emails Impersonating the City of Ventnor Planning Board

The City of Ventnor has been made aware of fraudulent emails being sent to residents and property owners that falsely appear to come from the City's Planning Board.

These emails request payment for application review or approval fees and may include City logos, project information, or references to Planning Board applications. The emails are NOT from the City of Ventnor.

Please remember:
 • The City will never request payments through unsolicited emails.
 • Official City correspondence will come from an @ventnorcity.org email address.
 • Do not send money or provide personal or financial information in response to suspicious emails.

If you receive an email that appears to be from the City and requests payment or sensitive information, do not respond. Instead, contact the appropriate City department directly using contact information found on the City's official website.
