Notice of Special Meeting
There will be a Special City Commission Meeting of the City of Ventnor on Thursday, 06.25.2026 at 4:00 p.m. at Ventnor City Hall, Commission Chambers, 6201 Atlantic Ave. Ventnor City NJ 08406 The purpose of the meeting is introduce a Bond Ordinance for the Winchester Ave sewer main replacement project and Resolution authorizing submission of an application for a short term construction loan from the New Jersey I-Bank under the Construction Financing program and authorizing the issuance of a construction loan note in connection for the Winchester Avenue Sewer Sanitary sewer main Replacement project Phase 1
Formal action will be taken.
