NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD DECISION

CITY OF VENTNOR

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a meeting held on May 13, 2026, the Planning Board for the City of Ventnor made the following decision:

Applicant the Estate of Valdis Basens, by and through Dainis Basens, Executor, was granted variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70c to allow a third floor deck outside the building envelope to an approved duplex on the property identified as Block 165, Lot 23 on the City of Ventnor Tax Map, which property is located at 120 N. Sacramento Avenue.

The above decision of the Planning Board was memorialized in a written Decision and Resolution adopted by the Board at a meeting held on June 10, 2026 and is available at the office of the Secretary to the Planning Board at Ventnor City Hall, 6201 Atlantic Avenue, Ventnor City, NJ 08406.
