NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD DECISIONS

CITY OF VENTNOR

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a meeting held on April 27, 2026, the Planning Board for the City of Ventnor made the following decisions:

 

Applicant Jayesh Khatiwala was granted variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70c in order to extend a third floor deck to the existing single family dwelling, which third floor deck will be outside of the building envelope and will not meet the required front yard setback, on property identified as Block 8, Lot 1.03 on the Ventnor City Tax Map, which property is located at 111 S. Frankfort Avenue.

 

Applicant Charles Alexander was granted variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70c for front yard setbacks to a second floor deck along Oakland Avenue and Winchester Avenue, number of permitted curb cuts and lot coverage in order to construct a partially roofed second floor deck facing Oakland Avenue and a new curb cut and driveway along Oakland Avenue on the property improved with an existing single family dwelling identified as Block 95, Lot 13 on the City of Ventnor Tax Map, which property is located at 29 N. Oakland Avenue.

 

The above decisions of the Planning Board were memorialized in written Decisions and Resolutions adopted by the Board at a meeting held on May 13, 2026 and are available at the office of the Secretary to the Planning Board at Ventnor City Hall, 6201 Atlantic Avenue, Ventnor City, NJ 08406.
