AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF VENTNOR, COUNTY OF ATLANTIC, STATE OF NEW JERSEY AMENDING CHAPTER 220 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF VENTNOR AS THE SAMES RELATES TO WATER USUAGE

                NOTICE is hereby given that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced and passed a first reading by the Ventnor City Board of Commissioners at a meeting held on May 14, 2026.  Copies of this Ordinance may be obtained without cost at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30PM.  Notice that this Ordinance will be considered for final passage at a meeting of the Ventnor City Board of Commissioners to be held on May 28, 2026, in Commission Chambers City Hall, 6201 Atlantic Ave., Ventnor City, NJ at which time and place opportunity will be given for a Public Hearing on this Ordinance.  This Ordinance increases the Water - Annual Fix amount to $400.00
