Construction Regulation Reminders

From the Friday before Memorial Day until Labor Day, no construction of any kind shall commence in the City of Ventnor before 8 a.m. and shall cease by 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

On Saturdays, no construction shall take place prior to 8:30 a.m. and cease by 4 p.m. 

Pile driving shall be permitted on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday only. 

Demolition of homes or structures are strictly prohibited along with the use of jack hammers or generators.

On Sundays, there shall be no construction of any kind.

No dumpster construction container or pod container shall be placed on any public street between June 15th and Labor Day.
