Public Notice is hereby given that Request for unsealed Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Ventnor City, New Jersey at 11:00am prevailing time on May 7, 2026 at City Hall, City Clerk Office at 6201 Atlantic Avenue, Ventnor City, New Jersey 08406 for:
RFP# 2026-006 FOR FOOD CONCESSIONAIRE AT CITY PIER KIOSK AND CART SERVICE ON CITY BEACHES
Ventnor City requests the services of food concessionaire and cart service.

Proposals are required to comply with requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 Every bidder must abide by the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, P.L. 1963, Chapter 150. The City of Ventnor reserves the right to reject any or all proposals by order of the Commissioner of the City of Ventnor
