NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF VENTNOR ENTITLED “AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF VENTNOR TO CREATE ARTICLE XXIX OF CHAPTER 102 OF THE CITY CODE ENTITLED ‘AFFORDABLE HOUSING’”
NOTICE is hereby given that the foregoing Ordinance was passed after a public hearing at the regular meeting of the Ventnor City Board of Commissioners held on March 12, 2026, at Commission Chambers City Hall, 6201 Atlantic Ave., Ventnor City, NJ. The foregoing Ordinance shall implement new rules and regulations governing the construction and provision of affordable housing within the City of Ventnor, pursuant to recent State legislation addressing the Fourth Round of State affordable housing obligations of municipalities. Copies of this Ordinance may be obtained without cost at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30PM.

NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF VENTNOR ENTITLED “AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF VENTNOR TO CREATE ARTICLE XXX OF CHAPTER 102 OF THE CITY CODE ENTITLED ‘MUNICIPAL HOUSING LIAISON’”
NOTICE is hereby given that the foregoing Ordinance was passed after a public hearing at the regular meeting of the Ventnor City Board of Commissioners held on March 12, 2026, at Commission Chambers City Hall, 6201 Atlantic Ave., Ventnor City, NJ. The foregoing Ordinance shall create the new municipal position of Municipal Housing Liaison, as required by recent State legislation addressing the Fourth Round of State affordable housing obligations of municipalities. Copies of this Ordinance may be obtained without cost at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30PM.
