NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD DECISION
CITY OF VENTNOR
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a meeting held on January 14, 2026, the Planning Board for the City of Ventnor made the following decision:
Applicant NARusso Corp was granted variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70c for front yard setbacks to the dwelling, porch and decks along Monmouth Avenue, side yard setback and rear yard setback (with existing nonconforming lot area and lot width additionally being noted) in order to construct a new single family dwelling on property identified as Block 174, Lot 14 on the City of Ventnor Tax Map, which property is located at 130 N. New Haven Avenue.
The above decision of the Planning Board was memorialized in a written Decision and Resolution adopted by the Board at a meeting held on March 11, 2026 and is available at the office of the Secretary to the Planning Board at Ventnor City Hall, 6201 Atlantic Avenue, Ventnor City, NJ 08406.
