Are you energetic, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? We’re looking for a Part-Time Special Events Staff Member to join our Day-Of Event team!

Position Overview

As part of our event crew, you’ll help bring events to life by assisting with setup, guest interaction, and breakdown. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being part of a team, and contributing to memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Set up and break down event equipment including tables, chairs, and 10x10 tents
2. Load, unload, lift, and carry event materials and supplies
3. Assist with on-site event logistics and coordination
4. Provide friendly, professional customer service to guests and clients
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe event space
6. Perform other duties as needed to ensure event success

Requirements

1. Ability to lift and carry heavy items (tables, chairs, tents, etc.)
2. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
3. Friendly, positive attitude and strong people skills
4. Reliable transportation and punctuality
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
6. Team player with a strong work ethic
