 NOTICE OF MEETING CANCELLATION FOR THE FEBRUARY 23, 2026, MEETING OF THE CITY OF VENTNOR PLANNING BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that due to inclement weather, the meeting of the City of Ventnor Planning Board scheduled for February 23, 2026 has been cancelled.   The next meeting of the City of Ventnor Planning Board will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at Ventnor City Hall, 2^nd Floor Courtroom, 6201 Atlantic Avenue, Ventnor City, NJ.  The following applications for development (which were scheduled to be heard on February 23, 2026), will now be heard on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at Ventnor City Hall, 2^nd Floor Courtroom, 6201 Atlantic Avenue, Ventnor City, NJ:

1.      Application of Matt and Danielle Beirne - 5400 Calvert Avenue, Block 199, Lot 11.01

2.      Application of Michael R. Donahue and Delia Donahue - 114 N. Buffalo Avenue, Block 178, Lot 4

3.      Application of Farhad Bagherpour - 6203 Ventnor Avenue, Block 119, Lot 2

The applicants for the above referenced applications for development will not be required to re-notice or re-publish notices of hearings for these applications for development.  If you wish to be heard on any of the above referenced applications for development, please attend the meeting on March 11, 2026.
