Notice of Special Meeting City of Ventnor Planning Board

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A.10:4-6, et. seq., the City of Ventnor Planning Board will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in the Ventnor City Hall, located at 6201 Atlantic Avenue, Ventnor NJ 08406. The purpose of the special meeting is for the City of Ventnor Planning Board to hear a continuation of the following application for development:

 1. DAJ VENTNOR LLC: 6601Ventnor Avenue, Block 123, Lot 1, seeking preliminary and final major site plan approval and preliminary and final major subdivision approval for a mixed-use commercial and residential development. 

At the special meeting, the City of Ventnor Planning Board will also (i) adopt the minutes from its regularly scheduled meeting held on October 27, 2025, and (ii) adopt Decisions and Resolutions memorializing any decisions made by the Planning Board at its regularly scheduled meeting held on October 27, 2025. 

Formal action will be taken.
