Boardwalk Access on Rosborough and Swarthmore Avenues to Close Monday, December 13

Boardwalk access on Rosborough and Swarthmore Avenues will be closed beginning on or about Monday, December 13, for the Army Corps ramp and seawall modifications. Construction is anticipated to take 4 weeks, weather permitting.
