The Finance Office performs all of the functions associated with the following:
- Operational and Capital Budgeting
- Custody, investment and disbursement of city monies
- General budgetary accounting
- Fiscal control & reporting
- Billing & collection of General Revenues
- Tax billing & collection
- Parking meter and Municipal parking lot revenues
- Beach fee revenue
- Payment of bills & verified claims to the City
- Billing for the Water and Sewer Authority
