The next upcoming meeting is at 5:30 on Thursday May 14, 2020. Below we have listed the information you need to view/listen and participate. 

Instructions for “Virtual Commission Meeting”

There are several ways that the meeting can be accessed: 

• If you or someone you know, doesn’t have a camera on their PC/Laptop/Mac or a smartphone, you can call in at 929-205-6099 or 253-215-8782. When prompted enter the meeting ID. Enter password as needed. 

• From a smart phone, go to Google Play or Apple App Store and download /install ZOOM. 

• Once the app is running, you will be prompted for the meeting ID and name. 

• Please fill in your full name.  

• From a PC/Laptop or Mac, go to www.zoom.com and click on “join a meeting.” There is a small file that you will have to download and then run. 

• Run the file and when prompted please fill in your full name and the meeting ID. 

Once the meeting starts you will be taken to a screen with all participants “video and audio." 

• If you access the meeting with no camera or audio, you can click on the “Chat” icon at the bottom of the screen and enter your question when public comment is open.  Please tell us your full name and address when asking your question.
