Tennis and Pickleball Rules and Policies

• Tennis and Pickleball reservations can only be made on Court Reserve
• Cash transactions will NOT be accepted at courts
• Payment is accepted via CourtReserve using a credit/debit card
• Pickleball Open Play sessions are from 8am-12:30pm 7 days a week
• Pickleball court rentals will be available Monday- Friday from 4pm-8pm
• Pickleball court rentals will be available on Saturday and Sunday 12:30pm-8pm
• Tennis Reservations will be available Monday -Friday from 8am-12:30pm and 4pm-8pm 
• Tennis Reservations will be available on Saturday and Sunday from 8am-8pm
• The pickleball and tennis courts are free from 1pm-4pm only Monday- Friday
• All players must check in with the Court Attendants before entering a court by giving their name and time slot
• Please secure your bicycles/scooters/e bikes/ mopeds on the bike racks!
• Do NOT have bikes in the courtyard, on the courts leaning against the fence, or in the walkway
• The court staff are not responsible for your belongings
• Bathrooms are located on the opposite side of the Courts Building facing the beach
• Sneakers and shirts are required to play on the courts
• Please treat everyone with respect and display good sportsmanship

Pickleball Court Levels from 4pm-8pm

• Courts A, B, C: High Intermediate/Advanced Levels of play
• Courts D, E, F: Experienced beginner and Intermediate levels of play
• Court G: Always a Challenge Court
• Courts H, I, J: Will be determined as they are new courts and we will see what levels need more courts

Reservations on CourtReserve

• Pickleball members can reserve courts 3 days in advance 
• Do NOT make pickleball reservations on tennis courts
• Tennis reservations can be made 7 days in advance 
• Cancellations must be received at least one hour before your reservation
• Pickleball memberships will NOT be refunded
• There is a 5-minute grace period for pickleball and 15-minute grace period for tennis if you are running late
• Pickleball Players will be able to book one court for one hour per day
• Tennis Players will be able to book one court for a max two hours per day
• If you are playing with a group that counts as your one hour
• A player can only reserve 5 reservations per week

 Pickleball and Tennis Fees for the season

• Pickleball memberships are $100.00 for Seniors only age 65+
• Pickleball Memberships are $120.00 for ages 18-64
• Please note that by purchasing a Senior membership you agree and understand the following disclaimer: I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to select the appropriate membership category based on my age eligibility. In the event that I purchase a membership for which I do not qualify, I understand and agree that I will be required to immediately pay the difference in membership fees to the correct category or, at the discretion of management, forfeit my membership without refund.
• Pickleball memberships allow access to reserve a spot in the open play sessions from 8am-12:30pm only and drop in at Open Play from 4-8pm when applicable
• Pickleball membership does NOT guarantee you a spot in the Open Play Sessions
• If you have a pickleball membership and want to reserve a tennis court, you must pay $20.00 (the membership does not include free tennis play)
• The “Pay As You Go” option is $20.00 to reserve a court for tennis and pickleball
• Please Note: Pickleball memberships do NOT guarantee playing time as all reservations are on a first-come first serve basis
• No refunds will be issued if you cannot reserve a session or court
• Please carefully review what membership you are purchasing before submitting payment

Friendly reminder: The tennis and pickleball courts are strictly for tennis and pickleball play only.  Dogs on the court, skateboarding, biking, soccer, and scooters are prohibited. Please use the courts only for the activities they are intended for. Also, please do not move or alter City property on the courts. The courts complex should look the way you found them. Thank you!
