MONDAY Through SUNDAY 6 a.m. to Noon
MONDAY through FRIDAY 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
AFTER LABOR DAY - Any Time during daylight hours

To the residents of Ventnor City, the boardwalk is a treasure that provides endless hours of fun, relaxation and recreation. Whether you are sun bathing on a bench, jogging, bicycling or power walking - the boardwalk is a social experience as well. In an attempt to maintain the boardwalk in a safe manner for all to enjoy, the following bicycle rules are strongly encouraged.

• Always keep to the right of the center line.
• Walkers and others who are moving slowly should stay to the right - toward the railing - so that others may pass without being forced to cross the center line.
• If you must cross the center line, do not obstruct oncoming traffic. Return back to your side as soon as possible.
• If you wish to stop and chat or socialize, please move toward the railings and leave the center lane free for other traffic.
• If you wish to cross the boardwalk - LOOK BOTH WAYS!
• All bikers and skaters - especially children - are encouraged to wear a helmet at all times.

	The fishing pier, located at Cambridge Avenue, is the perfect spot to soak up the sun while casting your line into the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Call 823-7944

Playgrounds - Located at Newport Ave. & the Beach, Derby and Fulton, Somerset & the Beach, Lafayette Ave. Educational Complex and ballfields at Surry & Balfour Ave. Tennis Courts - Located at Somerset & the Beach.
